Educational Qualification :
For Field Attendant: Middle Pass or ITI.
For Maintenance Assistant (Elect.): ITI in Electrical Trade.
For Maintenance Assistant (Mech.): ITI in Fitter/Welder/Machinist/Motor Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic/Auto Electrician.
For Blaster Grade-II: Matric/ITI with Blaster or Mining Mate Certificate and 3 years of experience in blasting operations.
For Electrician Gr.-III: 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering and relevant certifications.
For Electronics Technician Gr.-III: 3-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
For HEM Mechanic Gr.-III: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and valid HMV license.
For HEM Operator Gr.-III: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering and valid HMV license.
For MCO Gr.-III: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with HMV license.
For QCA Gr.-III: B.Sc. in Chemistry/Geology with 1-year sampling experience.
Age Limit (As on 14/06/2025): As per the National Mineral Devlopment Corporation official recruitment notification, the candidate’s minimum age 18 & maximum age should be 30 years.
Age Relaxation :
For SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
For OBC (NCL) Candidates: 3 years
For PwBD/Ex-Servicemen Candidates: as per GoI guidelines
For Departmental candidates: as per NMDC rules
𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Candidates will be recruited in two phases.
OMR or Computer Based Test:
- Field Attendant Post: 70 marks (GK) + 30 marks (Reasoning/Numerical)
- Others Posts: 30 marks (Subject), 50 marks (GK), 20 marks (Reasoning/Numerical)
2nd Phase Test (Qualifying Candidates Only):
- Field Attendant: Physical Ability Test
- Other Posts: Trade Test
Minimum qualifying marks required in CBT:
- For UR/EWS Candidates: 50
- For OBC (NCL) Candidates: 45
- For SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: 40
