Eligibility Criteria of IOCL Recruitment?
Educational Qualification :
Technician Apprentice - 3 year Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates).
Trade Apprentice (ITI) - 10th pass with 2 year ITI course in the relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Electrician) recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Graduate Apprentice/Accountant/Secretarial Assistant - Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates).
Age Limit (As On 10/12/2025): As per the IOCL recruitment official notification, the candidate’s minimum age 18 and maximum age should be 24 years.
Age Relaxation Applicable As Per Government Rules:
Scheduled Tribe (ST): 05 Years+
Scheduled Caste (SC): 05 Years+
Other Backward Classes(OBC): 03 Years+
