Salary Details :
- Consolidated Remuneration - Rs. 20,000 per month.
- Additional Incentive - Up to Rs. 5,000 per month as PLI.
- Stipend during Training (for GNM/BAMS) - Rs. 10,000 per month.
Educational Qualification :
- For B.Sc Nursing (BPCCHN) - Passed Integrated BPCCHN course in 2021 or later from a WBNC-recognized institute. Must have WBNC registration.
- For GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Pre-2021) - Passed GNM/ B.Sc Nursing before 2021 from a WBNC-recognized institute. Must have WBNC registration.
- For BAMS - Passed BAMS from a recognized university. Must have registration with Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad.
Proficiency in Bengali/ local language & dialect.
Age Limit: As per the West Bengal National Health Mission official recruitment notification, the candidate’s minimum age and maximum age should be 40 years.
Age Relaxation Applicable As Per Government Rules:
Scheduled Tribe (ST): 05 Years+
Scheduled Caste (SC): 05 Years+
Other Backward Classes(OBC): 03 Years+
𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : The selection will be primarily determined by a Written Test, which carries 85% weightage, and an Interview, which contributes the remaining 15%.
