Eligibility Criteria of DMMU Alipurduar Recruitment?
Educational Qualification :
1) The applicant must be a woman and must be a member of the designated team of Anandadhara Project (WBSRLM) residing in the same block. If appointed for this post, your place of work (Posting) can be in any Gram Panchayat of the concerned block except the Gram Panchayat under which your residence falls.
2) You should not be a family member or close relative of the BOD or employee/cadre of the Sangha Samabhai.
3) Minimum age should be between 21 years and 40 years as on the first day of the first month of the year of publication of the notification (as on 01-01-2026). The appointed applicant can work up to a maximum of 60 years on the basis of annual renewal through the concerned Sangha.
4) Minimum Educational Qualification The applicant must have passed the Higher Secondary or Graduation Examination/equivalent examination in the Commerce Stream.
5) It is mandatory to have a valid computer course certificate (Word / Excel / Power Point) of at least six months.
6) Candidate should have experience of writing accounts in self-help groups/sub-organizations of Anandadhara Project (WBSRLM). Should have at least 2 years of experience in Sangha Cooperative.
7) Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a member of an active (functional) self-help group of Anandadhara Project (WBSRLM). Should have taken a loan at least once and should not be a loan defaulter.
8) Should be proficient in the local language and should be able to read and write Bengali and English.
9) May have to travel abroad as per the need of work.
10) If appointed for this post, the applicant will not be able to work as a District Level Trainer / Block Level Trainer in Anandadhara Project.

আগ্রহী আবেদনকারী নির্দিষ্ট ফরম্যাটে পূরণ করা আবেদনপত্র যা আলিপুরদুয়ার জেলার ওয়েবসাইটে (https://alipurduar.gov.in) নোটিফিকেশনের সঙ্গে দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং আলিপুরদুয়ার DRDC অফিস ও সাব ডিভিশন অফিসেও পাওয়া যাবে। প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র, যথা - বয়সের প্রমাণপত্র (Government issued Birth Certificate / Madhyamik Admit Card or equivalent examination), শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার প্রমাণপত্র (Certificate / Marksheet of exam passed), কম্পিউটার সার্টিফিকেটের প্রমাণপত্র, বাসস্থানের প্রমাণপত্র (Aadhaar Card / Voter Card), আনন্দধারা প্রকল্পের স্বনির্ভর দলের সদস্য প্রমাণপত্রের (Certificate of NRLM) জেরক্স কপি, এই সমস্ত নথি Self Attested করে অবশ্যই সিল করা একটি খামের মধ্যে আলিপুরদুয়ার সাব ডিভিশন অফিসে রাখা নির্দিষ্ট বাক্সে জমা দেবেন। খামের উপর নিজস্ব ঠিকানা ও ব্লকের নাম উল্লেখ করতে হবে। শিক্ষাগত শংসাপত্র রাজ্য বা কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার দ্বারা নির্ধারিত/ অনুমোদিত/ স্বীকৃত প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে হতে হবে।
