WBPSC Miscellaneous Selection Process 2026
- Preliminary Exam (Objective Type): This is the first stage of the recruitment. Candidates who qualify for the Prelims are eligible for the next stage.
- Final Exam (Written Test): This is a descriptive written examination. The marks obtained in this exam are crucial for the final merit list.
- Personality Test: The last stage is a Personality Test/Interview. Candidates who clear the Final Exam will be called for a personality test where their communication skills, general awareness, and overall personality are assessed.
