- Medical Officer Incharge - MBBS from a recognized institution + degree diploma in public health/community medicine/hospital administration
- Medical Officer - MBBS from a recognized institution.
- Nursing Incharge - B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Specialist Medical Officer - MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in a respective specialty.
- Community Health Assistant - ANM/GNM from a recognized institution + permanent residence of North 24 Parganas district.
- Laboratory Technician - 10+2 with DMLT from a recognized institution.
- Peer Support - 10+2 from a recognized institution.
- Accountant - B.Com/M.Com from a recognized institution. + Certificate in computer ( permanent resident of North 24 Parganas district)
