Educational Qualification :
Assistant Manager (HR&A) - Graduate + MBA/MPM/MHRM (2 years) with specialization in Personnel Management/HR
Assistant Manager (F&A) - Graduate + CA/ICWA OR MBA (2 years) with specialization in Finance & Accounts
Junior Engineer (Electrical) - 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Age Limit (As on 01/01/2025): As per the WBSEDCL recruitment official notification, the candidate’s minimum age 18 and maximum age should be 32 years.
Age Relaxation Applicable As Per Government Rules:
Scheduled Tribe (ST): 05 Years+
Scheduled Caste (SC): 05 Years+
